Integrative Coaching

What is integration and why is it so important? Integration is the organization of various traits, feelings and attitudes into one harmonious personality. It is to make whole or complete by adding or bringing together parts through the linkage and alignment of differentiated elements of a system. This is the Heart of our well-being for in being whole we have the best opportunity to move from disintegration to integration and personal transformation in order to experience success in life as you define it; to maximize life’s potential.

Coaching is a safe activity. One can be vulnerable as they move with the opportunity to become fully integrated.

My Story

I once was the player in our opening image above dropping a potential game-winning touchdown pass.

Over the years I have met people who were at the game and who reminded me that I dropped the ball. It was as if I was being defined by one moment in time for all time.

As life went on I realized that a dropped pass represents events far beyond the gridiron and that almost everyone can relate with having failed at something. Sometimes the consequences of failure include a sense of hopelessness, confusion or despair.

We need not be permanently defined by when we drop the ball. In what I call a Watershed Moment, I realized my experience of dropping the pass has helped transform me into the coach that I have become with personal insight and experience in turning failure into purpose. I believe I can do the same for you.
